What to bring
One piece of ID showing your name and home address. You don’t need your voter card. Accepted ID includes:
- Ontario driver’s licence, Ontario photo health card or Ontario Photo Card
- A utility bill (hydro, water, gas, phone or cable), bank or credit card statement
- A lease, mortgage statement, insurance policy or property tax assessment
- A cheque stub, T4 or pay receipt, or a post-secondary transcript or residence document
